ABOUT US
E. Chatman Consulting, LLC
Conflict is inevitable. However, the way one reacts to conflict determines how it will be resolved. The correct response can keep disputes at a minimum, but a grievous response can escalate a situation in a flash. The smallest of conflicts can be blown out of proportion if poor choice of words, body language, or emotions are not tempered in the moment. One improperly managed situation can change the dynamics of a relationship or turn a workplace environment hostile. Hurtful comments can severely damage a friendship and unresolved trauma can leave a lingering impact.
E. Chatman Consulting is a peacemaking, problem-solving group that seeks to help resolve conflict and encourage mediation skills at home, work, church, and school settings.
